Vaporizers are all the rage these days. People love them for convenience of use, ease of transport, and how enjoyable they are. Millions of people have started to Use of Dab Pen as part of their everyday life. They take it with them wherever they go and rarely leave home without it.

Though vaporizers are incredibly easy and convenient to transport, there are some things to keep in mind when traveling with a vaporizer. We’ll discuss some of those things here. Make sure you read through this list and keep it handy before you travel so you’re not met with any surprises that could get you into legal trouble or end up with your vape confiscated. There’s no reason you shouldn’t be able to plan ahead so that that does not happen.

· Search if the destination you head to allows the vaporizer

Make sure you plan ahead! Though most cities and airports nowadays will have no rules against use a vape or dab pen, some might have regulations against it. This might especially be the case in conservative, traditional countries, cities, and areas. For example, an airport or city in Africa is more likely to give you grief about traveling with a vaporizer than the airport in Las Vegas. Before you leave, do some research about what is allowed and what isn’t. Fifteen minutes of googling can save you an hour of stress at the airport and potentially save you from having your three hundred dollar vape confiscated.

· Checkout airline rules beforehand

Rules will vary depending on where you’re traveling and what airline you’re traveling with. Like any business, each airline has its own rules and way of doing things. You might be able to get away with something flying on a plane in the United States that you won’t be able to get away with flying in France. Do your research so that you can plan ahead and aren’t surprised.

· Custom Security

Airport security has evolved to the point where you can almost customize your experience. For example, airports in the United States offer private, individualized screenings of your baggage. Though this might take longer, it will give the security official a better look at your vaporizer so they can determine that it is safe. You can also sign up for what’s called “TSA Pre-Check” where you get background checked ahead of time and upon arriving at the airport will go through a shorter line with much more lax security. If you plan on traveling with a vaporizer, this could be the ticket for you. If you’re just not sure whether you can get your vape through security as a carry-on, you can always check a bag. This is most likely the easiest solution.

· Keep your vaporizer safe for traveling

A clean, empty vaporizer is much less likely to cause suspicion than one that’s full of herbs and/or liquid. In many cases, it will be the herbs and liquids that set off alarms with airport security. A good way to avoid possible trouble is to empty and clean your vaporizer before traveling and plan on buying materials and herbs upon arrival at your destination. You should take out the battery as well. This will cause you less grief at airport security and much less stress and worry.

· Store the liquid in a safe vape juice bottle

If you absolutely have to travel with herbs or vape liquid, make sure that they are stored in a transparent bottle or container. Storing your materials in an open container and declaring what it is will make security much more likely to trust you and clear whatever it is you’re transporting.

· No vaping on an airplane

This one is very simple. Do not, under any circumstances, vape on an airplane. Don’t even think about it. If you do it, you will get caught, and it will not end well. Airline attendants are always on the lookout for people vaping on flights and you’ll get in trouble if they find you. It’s not worth the risk—just wait until you land.

Finally, remember that airline and travel safety rules are in place for your safety and the safety of those around you. Security personnel is not trying to hassle you or pick on you. They have a job to do and it’s in your best interests to help them do their job. Remain calm at all times and be open about what your vape is. Don’t lie or try to hide anything. Be honest and open and treat people like you’d want to be treated if you were them.
